Return Policy

At Diamony®, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be happy with your purchases, and we're here to help if you encounter any issues.

Diamony® stands behind the quality of all our styles, guaranteeing that they are free from damage or manufacturer defects. Our dedicated quality control team thoroughly inspects each style before it is packed and shipped to you.

Items purchased can be returned within 15 days from the delivery date, provided they comply with the return conditions. Please note that the shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility.

Returns will no longer be accepted after 15 days from the date of receipt of the package.

The items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags intact and still attached, and in the original Diamony® packaging. The sewn-in garment tag should not be cut or removed.

Online purchases cannot be returned in stores and vice versa.

Returns that do not comply with the above conditions are not accepted and will not be refunded.

What items cannot be returned?

• Items that have been soiled, damaged, worn, altered, washed, or allegedly used according to the judgment of our quality control department.

• Briefs, bodysuits, and swimsuits: Due to health regulations and hygiene reasons.

• Hosiery.

• Gift Cards (cannot be returned or redeemed for cash).

Non-Refundable Items

• Items purchased that do not comply with the above conditions.

• Items purchased using a discount of 20% or higher.

• The shipping costs for the return (will be at the customer's expense).

• Customs charges incurred for returns (will be billed to the customer).

• Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

Additional Return Guidelines

• You may reuse the original Diamony packaging after removing any outside labels.

• Please include the packing slip that came with your order(s) when packaging your item(s)

• If you have misplaced the packing slip, print your Order Confirmation email, and include it in the box.

• Please choose a prepaid, insured, and traceable delivery service for the return shipment.
