Order Processing & Shipping

At Diamony®, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless shipping experience. We work closely with reliable freight and logistics companies worldwide to ensure timely delivery of your orders. Here's an improved shipping policy that outlines our procedures:

Most orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and peak periods. During peak periods, there may be a one- or two-day delay, although we make every effort to minimize such delays.

All orders are shipped through FedEx and DHL.

For international shipments, orders are shipped to most regions within 3 to 5 business days. However, please bear in mind that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking and Order Status Updates

As soon as your product leaves our warehouse, we will promptly send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order.

Please note that all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, FedEx or DHL will coordinate directly with you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping for orders over $200.

Within Lebanon, we provide free delivery for all orders.

Orders below $200 will be subject to a shipping fee of $24.

Import Taxes and Duties

For European countries, United Kingdom, and Arab countries, your orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. This means that all applicable import taxes and duties will be covered by Diamony®.

However, for all other countries, additional taxes and duties may be required to be paid before your orders are released from customs. These taxes and duties are not included in the price at checkout. Diamony® cannot be held responsible for refunding or reimbursing any customs charges imposed by the country of import.
